Transport
Mambourin East is framed by established transport corridors, with the Melbourne to Geelong rail line on its southern boundary and the Princes Freeway just beyond. Future upgrades will be shaped by the PSP.

The Princes Freeway (M1) sits just south of the rail line, connecting the area to the Melbourne CBD in one direction and Geelong in the other.
Avalon Airport lies to the south west and Melbourne Airport to the north east, both within driving distance via the freeway network.
The future Outer Metropolitan Ring Road corridor runs to the west of the precinct. Further road upgrades will be considered through the future PSP.
