The plan at a glance

A future jobs precinct with a long horizon.

Mambourin East is identified in Victoria's 10-year greenfields plan as a future employment precinct of 561 hectares, planned alongside Werribee Junction. It sits in Horizon 3, with commencement targeted between 2029/30 and 2033/34. The Victorian Planning Authority is currently undertaking due diligence, and no draft or gazetted PSP exists yet.

No residential yield has been identified for the precinct. The homes, schools and parklands story belongs to the established Mambourin and Wyndham Vale community next door, which this site also covers.
